Septic System Installation & Repairs...

The solids that settle to the bottom of the septic tank form a sludge that slowly decomposes.

Gas bubbles given off during this process rise, carrying with them fats, oils, and greases to form a thick scum layer at the top of the tank.

The tank outlet is located between these two layers where the clearest liquid is found.

Gravel and Chamber Field Lines are The Two Basic Types

Gravel Pipe

In the conventional pipe and gravel system, gravel is used to create an area with voids, which provide storage for the effluent.

The gravel also protects the interface contact area of the soil.

The gravel does not digest or eliminate the effluent. In fact, gravel causes a dynamic known as “masking” which blocks some effluent from leaching directly into the soil.

Conventional Gravel System

BioDiffuser Chamber
Chamber systems include both plastic leaching chambers and PVC Pipe.

This system has greater storage capacity within the chamber field lines. This type of field line also requires less disruption of your yard when repairs are being made.

We are also licensed to install alternative septic systems like low pressure pipe systems and mound systems. Please call for more details.
